Shipping

Because we are a small company, we make almost every piece to order. This means we may not have the items you want in stock. Once your order is submitted, we will confirm and quote a ship date. Most items will ship within 2-7 days. Feel free to request expedited shipping and we will do everything possible to meet your needs. Our standard shipping method is Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

 

Returns and Exchanges

At Wasabi, we are proud of our quality and attention to detail. We stand behind our workmanship and want you to feel good about whatever you purchase from us. Please keep in mind that we use natural stones and our products are handmade. Irregularities and variances are common.

Returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt and require prior authorization. Email customerservice@wasabijewelry.com for "Return Authorization" with invoice number, or call 626-797-8500. 

A full refund for returned merchandise will be given using the same manner as original payment. No credit for shipping costs.

Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and proper packaging to avoid damage. Merchandise that is damaged in transit will not qualify for credit. We recommend that you track and insure your return.

Sale merchandise cannot be returned for refund, but may be exchanged.

 

Repairs

From time to time, breakage, stretching, or other accidents can happen. Not everything can be repaired, however, we will do our best to help if this happens. To inquire about repairing a piece of Wasabi jewelry, please email a picture that shows us the problem to service@wasabijewelry.com or call 626-797-8500.
